The apartment itself was clean and in good shape, although the building looked a little run down on the outside. It was about a 5 minute walk to the Royal Oak metro, but we found ourselves generally walking a little further (15 minutes along a nice canal path) to get to Paddington, which had more restaurants and tube connections. Overall very happy with it.
